Aaron Phillips is an active individual. He works out, and loves to snowboard. What Phillips doesn’t enjoy is having the wiring from his ipod infringe upon his activity.

i360 300

Maybe you can relate?

The breaking point came when Phillips was working out on an elliptical machine and kept getting entangled. He happened to glance at a woman wearing a bandana and a major light bulb went off.

The i360 is a new line of beanies and headbands capable of holding your ipod so you don’t have to. It has a patented internal wiring system with speakers that allows you to insert your Nano or Shuffle.

It’s made for the person on the go, who wants the benefit of their tunes without the hassle.

“Just having the ability to workout without having the thought of a chord is pretty nice,” said Phillips, the creator. “Now you can move freely. It’s been great, people are excited about it.”

The i360 has released different versions of headwear to support the different types of ipods. More than a product for snowboarders or gym goers, the i360 is a stylish line with a lot of trendy looks.

And with your ipod out of sight, the annoying wiring will be out of mind.

Supreme Steezo is very proud to report that the i360 product line has been building up quite a buzz on an assortment of fitness, snowboarding, and hip hop websites as of late! This week, the i360 music infused headband was featured on Johnisfit, a major fitness website that reviewed the product and had a lot of positive things to say about it’s performance including the elimination of annoying wires and ear-bud headphones. Please don’t just take our word for it, check down below or click here for the full article.

Via Johnisfit.com:

“As much as I love my Sansa Clip MP3 player I don’t use it as much as I should because I absolutely hate ear buds. When I am on the treadmill I use these big ugly headphones but nobody can see me so that is OK, but I haven’t used the music player outside this winter because ear buds just don’t work for me. They are always popping out and just causing trouble.

That’s why when I was contacted by i360 to check out their new music infused headband line I jumped at the chance to take a look. I explained however that I did not have the iPod Nano that the headband is designed for, but they said they would send it out anyway so I could see if I could get it to work with my Sansa Clip.

And worked it did! What i360 is selling with their music infused headband is a soft fabric headband with a slot to hold an iPod Nano or other MP3 player and built-in speakers integrated smoothly into the headband. With the music player hooked in you get great sound because these large over the ear speakers are pressed snug against your ears by the comfortable head band and the sound is really great.

And best for me, no ear buds to fall out!

I was a little worried that the headband would be too bulky and/or it would feel uncomfortable, but it feels great. And in this Minnesota winter it warms the ears while delivering great music. The speakers can be removed so that you can wash the headband if needed.

In addition to music infused headbands, i360 will also soon sell music infused beanies and music infused hat beanies – so not matter your personal style preference you should be able to find something that will let you rock out in style while you are getting your exercise groove on.”

Public Service Announcement: We at i360 would like to thank everyone for the tremendous support and positive feedback! Even if you are one of the trend-setters who already has their own i360 headband, make sure to stay tuned as we have some more very big things on the horizon!

Team i360 proudly welcomes 15-year-old Tehachapi High School sophomore Colton Sanders, who has won two national amateur motorcycle championships this year, competing against many riders who are twice his age.

Sanders clinched the American Motorcycle Association Hare and Hound championship by racking up three wins and 157 points for eight rounds in the Hare & Hound series. The next highest finisher collected 123 points. In the World Off-Road Championship Series (WORCS) age 15 to 29 B class, two first place, four second place and several lower finishes in nine races earned Sanders 153 points and a dominant lead for the national championship over the second place rider in the series with 110 points. In another WORCS class, 250F (four-stroke) B, Sanders placed fourth overall with 116 points.

In the last race of the Hare and Hound series, Sanders, nursing a couple of broken ribs and a concussion from a competition the day before, dropped out and was disqualified. But he had already accumulated enough points to take the title. Sanders rides a 2008 KTM 250 XCFW bike and has a backup bike, a KTM 250 SXF. He practices at a track at his home at Oak Knolls and rides every weekend. Check out Colton Sanders on MySpace and say what’s up!

3. Music-Infused Headwear (Nano or Shuffle)
One of the most annoying parts about using an iPod while running, or cycling is actually finding a place to put the device. It is a little easier while cycling because cyclist have the luxury of using the back pockets of their jerseys. However, for runners, carrying an iPod around can get very cumbersome. Especially when the headphone wires begin to get caught up in your arms as you run.

That is where iThreeSixty “Music Infused Headwear” comes in. iThreeSixty is a relatively new start-up producing very innovative headwear specifically built to hold your iPod. They feature a pouch which you place your iPod in and it has an internal wiring structure linked to headphones built right into the headwear. The system is great if you’re trying to clean up you’re running attire and would rather not worry about wires and headphones falling out of your ears. Currently, iThreeSixty offers only a headband , however, they have beanies and hat beanies coming soon. Want to see the iThreeSixty in action? Check out Steve Runner from Runcast.tv using his in the frigid New England winter.
